  • Deliver end-to-end design solutions for a minimum problem area, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business outcomes.
  • Advocate for usability and contribute evidence-based design insights to support discovery and decision-making.
  • Create detailed design specifications, flows, and prototypes, considering edge cases, interactions, and states.
  • Participate in customer discovery sessions, translating research insights into actionable design direction.
  • Contribute to the design system and promote consistency, quality, and usability across all surfaces.
  • Mentor and support mid-level designers through collaboration, critiques, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design craft.
  • Fluency in Figma and experience working with and contributing to design systems.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and rapid prototyping.
  • Experience collaborating in empowered product teams (tripods/trios).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-directed, resilient, and collaborative with strong attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
  • Nice to have: experience with hypothesis-driven product development, usability testing, and sharing design knowledge.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $129,900 – $194,900 per year.
  • Remote-friendly work within the United States, with occasional travel for company events.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including wellness support, learning and development stipends, and recognition programs.
  • Opportunity to work in an inclusive, human-centered, and innovative product environment.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge SaaS products and design systems, contributing to strategic product decisions.
