Senior Product Designer, Games Discovery (Remote - US)

In this role, you will craft intuitive and engaging discovery experiences that help users find and interact with games across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to design scalable solutions that seamlessly integrate with broader digital ecosystems. Your work will directly influence how users explore, learn about, and engage with games, shaping their overall experience. You will play a key role in defining discovery strategies, iterating designs based on research, and elevating product experiences across web, mobile, and TV platforms.

Accountabilities:

• Design compelling, user-centered discovery experiences for web, mobile, and TV platforms.
• Integrate games into broader digital ecosystems, enhancing merchandising and engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to define strategy and identify user needs.
• Lead end-to-end product design from concept exploration through wireframes, UX flows, and polished UI.
• Test and validate designs with data, insights, and A/B experiments to optimize user engagement.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to support scalable discovery experiences for a global audience.
• Communicate design rationale, storytelling, and recommendations clearly across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer or equivalent, with a strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing discovery products.
• Expertise in cross-platform design for mobile, web, and/or TV applications.
• Proven ability to solve complex discovery and merchandising challenges at scale.
• Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail in structure, craft, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align and influence cross-functional partners.
• Familiarity with design systems and their application across large-scale platforms.
• Bonus: Experience with gaming, entertainment, or media merchandising design, and TV-specific interactions (remote navigation, focus management).
