This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Analyst in the United States.
In this role, you’ll be the data expert embedded within a fast-moving product squad, working side by side with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive decisions through data. You’ll have full ownership of analytics in your area — from uncovering user insights and designing A/B tests to shaping data infrastructure and defining key performance metrics. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in autonomy, embraces curiosity, and knows how to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll influence the product roadmap, collaborate across departments, and help build a culture where data informs every decision.
Accountabilities:
- Own end-to-end analytics for high-impact domains such as user experience, marketplace dynamics, or payment systems.
- Act as the data voice within your squad — guiding product strategy, validating hypotheses, and evaluating post-launch performance.
- Conduct exploratory analyses to identify emerging trends, conversion bottlenecks, and user behavior patterns that reveal new opportunities.
- Design and execute A/B tests, applying statistical rigor to validate key decisions while maintaining agility.
- Build and maintain robust data models and pipelines using tools like Redshift, dbt, Airflow, and Tableau, ensuring data reliability and accessibility.
- Develop measurement frameworks and KPIs to standardize decision-making across teams.
- Present findings to stakeholders and leadership, translating complex results into clear, actionable narratives.
- Foster a culture of self-service analytics by empowering teams with tools, training, and accessible dashboards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or similar quantitative roles.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams to drive data-informed outcomes.
- Advanced SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar BI platforms.
- Ability to design and interpret A/B tests, and apply statistical or causal inference methods.
- Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Redshift) or the ability to learn them quickly.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to make complex insights easy to understand and actionable.
- Bonus: Experience with Python or R for analysis, or with analytics in two-sided marketplaces, SaaS, or payments environments.
- Self-driven and curious mindset, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Benefits
- Fully remote position, open to candidates in authorized U.S. states.
- Competitive base salary range between $115,000 and $165,000 USD, depending on experience.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions.
- Flexible paid time off (PTO) and a culture that values work-life balance.
- Opportunities for professional growth and direct impact on product strategy and performance.
- A collaborative, data-driven, and inclusive team environment that values curiosity, transparency, and innovation.
