What you will do undertake complex safeguarding enquiries for individuals and organisations develop and implement safeguarding plans that reduce risk and promote safety build strong relationships with partners to achieve long-term outcomes provide guidance and up-to-date research to support best practice in adult safeguarding. What you will bring You’ll hold a relevant professional qualification and have: a strong understanding of safeguarding legislation, including the Mental Capacity Act and Human Rights Act experience in managing complex safeguarding cases and creating effective plans commitment to the Signs of Safety practice model excellent communication skills for challenging conversations and partnership building experience supervising and supporting staff to deliver high-quality practice.
