YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES: As part of the Strategic Transformation team, your main duties as Change Management Lead will include: Developing change management and communication plans and approach; including key messages, communication channel, etc.. as well as employee’s upskilling plan in coordination with HR team Managing communication activities to build commitment throughout AXA, incl. community management with entities. Working closely with Ovide initiative leaders to identify synergies within initiatives Tracking, anticipation and mitigation of people-related delivery risks, including employee engagement / resistance, organizational perception of change, etc.. Providing support and guidance for leadership and key change agents on sponsorship skills / communication messages As part of the Strategic Transformation team, your main duties as Senior PMO will include: Closely work with initiative leads to track initiative progress and manage initiative interdependencies. On some specific initiative, a stronger support will be provided to Heads of implementation (meetings preparation, minutes & follow up) Maintain an integrated view of all projects in the program – serving as the “single source of truth” for overall program progress tracking, milestones, and delivery risks Establish and drive program governance – ways of working, meeting cadence, decision rights, etc.. making the link between Strategic Transformation team and initiative leaders Monitor initiative delivery risks and supports risk mitigation.
