This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the design of printed circuit boards (PCBs) that meet the highest standards of electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing requirements. As a Senior PCB Designer, you will be instrumental in delivering projects on time while maintaining superior quality. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional teams and customers in a fast-paced, remote environment. The position requires technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to solve complex design challenges independently. Accountabilities

  • Design printed circuit boards that meet mechanical, electrical (including RF and mixed signal), and manufacturing specifications.
  • Plan resources effectively and communicate progress proactively to meet or exceed customer delivery requirements.
  • Apply independent judgment and creative problem-solving to manage complex or time-sensitive projects.
  • Collaborate daily with customers and internal design teams using web-based tools to ensure alignment and quality.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues promptly to maintain schedule and design integrity.
  • Track hours, project activities, and quality objectives through proprietary online project management tools.
  • Serve as a customer advocate to support business growth and reinforce strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, or a minimum of 12 years of PCB design and layout experience.
  • Expertise in PCB layout techniques and processes, including RF, mixed-signal, and manufacturing requirements.
  • Advanced user of Cadence Allegro (preferred) or Siemens Xpedition.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant IPC standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
  • Passion for design, quality, and continuous professional development.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, results-focused environment.
