Our Growth Marketing Team is accountable for driving client engagement, new pipeline and supporting existing pipeline at a global scale through the execution of regional marketing, partner marketing and growth programs. In addition, our team represents the full Marketing engine within each region and directly to clients and partners.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, Partners for EMEA, you will be fully responsible for creating the Partner Marketing strategy for Pega’s EMEA Region, the execution of this strategy and performance of the partner marketing initiatives for the region.
You are a strategic marketer with deep expertise in B2B SaaS ecosystems and partner marketing. Skilled at crafting joint value propositions and compelling messaging, you combine strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Your proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital tools enables you to manage multiple campaigns seamlessly. Known for exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration, you thrive in fast-paced, global environments, building consensus across complex organizational structures while delivering measurable results.
