INSEAD is seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Manager, HRIS Data and System to join our dynamic Human Ressources team. In this role you would report to the Associate Director, HR Information System. The job holder will play a crucial role in optimizing our human resources data system and reporting tools and processes, ensuring data integrity, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making across the organisation. This is a one-year short-term contract that could be based at our Europe campus in Fontainebleau, France; Asia campus in Singapore; or Middle East campus in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities: Systems administration: Oversee daily operations and maintenance, including troubleshooting and system optimization. Develop new features or improvement. Respond to user application issues and enhancement requests, work with vendor support organizations as appropriate. Assist in reviewing the upgrades and provide UAT test case support. Data analysis and reporting support: Develop and maintain customised Human BI reports and dashboards that provide insights to senior management. Ensure the quality, accuracy, consistency and relevance of data used for HCM modules. Work with Digital team to improve data availability, structure and accuracy in BI. Drive automation initiatives to streamline reporting and reduce manual processes. Improve and promote the use of technology for reporting and analysis. Train and coach HR colleagues. Systems documentation and training: Maintain functional documentation for HCM applications. Coordinate functional design and testing during enhancement projects. Develop application process flows and training materials for users. Support the upskilling of the team. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS or HCM systems Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including system configuration, upgrades, and integration with BI/reporting tools. Strong proficiency in HR data analytics, dashboard creation, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Oracle BI, Power BI, Tableau). Solid understanding of HR processes, data privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, PDPA). Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Digital/IT, HR, Finance) to improve systems and data flows. Ability to lead and mentor junior HRIS team members and foster knowledge sharing. Strong project management and communication skills; able to translate business needs into technical requirements. Prior experience in a complex, matrixed, or multinational environment is a strong advantage.
