Senior Manager, Health and Safety – UK, Europe, and Middle East

The Senior Manager, Health and Safety – UK, Europe, and Middle East is a leadership role with accountability for strategic and execution responsibility, operational management, and continuous improvement for the health and safety program across the UK, Europe, and Middle East regions. This role acts as a strategic partner to business leadership and will ensure alignment with global health and safety strategy, regional legislation and company objectives while embedding a proactive safety culture and strong governance framework across diverse geographic environments. This role is part of Crawford’s Global Compliance Office and reports directly to the Assistant Vice President of Global Compliance. This role requires an inclusive and collaborative leader who builds trusted relationships and engages constructively with teams to make health and safety practical, usable, and integral to business performance.
