Description Discover your exciting role Exyte Bio Pharma / Life Sciences (BLS) is looking for a Senior Manager Business Development M/F to support and widen the activity in France. The Senior Manager Business Devopment is a Key Account Manager for defined key clients. He collaborates with the Global Business Unit leader to develop Market Strategic Plans and develops strategic plans with supporting tactical plans for key accounts and sales development within the specific market segments that is consistent with regional strategies and/or global sales plans. Explore your tasks and responsibilities In tight collaboration with the BLS Global Busines Unit, the Senior Account Manager will : Drive a team of Business Development Professionals to achieve Order Intake Targets Fully implement the Exyte “Relationship Based Sales” approach at an opportunity, client and regional level. Identify differentiating factors for clients concerning approach, design, and constructability – and create Win Plans/Client Plans that meet these factors. Work as Key Account Manager of defined client key account(s) Lead the development of a strategic plan with a supporting tactical plan for key accounts and sales development within the specific market segments that is consistent with regional strategies and/or global sales plans Provide leadership to the Company's Health and Safety processes and policies and promotes these with all clients Identify target customers and lead the development of relationships Support the negotiation of contracts in concert with corporate Executive Management Ensure close client relationships are developed and maintained at the discipline level on every project in order to understand the client's detailed-facility needs/challenges and mission beyond the current project Represent the Company to the business community, be recognized in the industry as a thought leader and trend Ensure corporate and project procedures/ policies/ systems are adhered to Work closely with Opportunity Management to ensure governance procedures are respected and adhered to Show your expertise Bachelor's degree 10+ years of experience Prior experience in the Construction and/or Engineering industry preferred Prior sales or marketing experience required and strong client's knowlege Several years of experience in managing employees Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) French and English language skills on C-level Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Ability in problem-solving and negotiation Results driven with proven sales track record Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Demonstrated commitment to customer service Excellent organizational skills Non EU candidates must be in possession of European Blue Card as frequent travels outside of France may be required.
