Senior Learning and Development Manager

The Future Skills team enables Heathrow’s future by equipping our people with the skills, capabilities and careers to thrive. Through impactful learning, training, and talent solutions, we build a safe, inclusive, and future-ready workforce, working as one team to deliver agile, high-performing talent for Heathrow and our community. The Senior L&D Manager forms part of the Talent & Learning leadership team. We are currently recruiting a number of new positions, including two Senior L&D Managers which will focus on using strategic workforce planning insights to develop future-ready capabilities (Future Skills) and the second role will ensure colleagues build the business-critical capabilities needed to perform and progress. This includes compliance, essential business skills, and professional qualifications.
