Position Overview

Key <\/span>Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Create, develop, and launch Java <\/span>applications <\/span>integrated with Generative AI <\/span>technologies
  <\/p><\/li>

• Utilize <\/span>GitHub Copilot <\/span>to accelerate coding <\/span>efficiency and enhance <\/span>code standards, while mentoring colleagues <\/span>on best practices
  <\/p><\/li>

• Work closely with AI <\/span>specialists and data scientists to embed AI models and algorithms into <\/span>software products
  <\/p><\/li>

• Design and build scalable microservices <\/span>and RESTful APIs <\/span>that meet business needs
  <\/p><\/li>

• Maintain <\/span>application performance, security, and reliability throughout their lifecycle
  <\/p><\/li>

• Perform <\/span>code evaluations, offering <\/span>constructive critiques and support <\/span>to junior team <\/span>members
  <\/p><\/li>

• Keep up\-to\-date with the <\/span>latest AI and software development <\/span>trends to foster <\/span>innovation
  <\/p><\/li>

• Partner <\/span>with cross\-disciplinary teams to establish <\/span>project goals, scope, and deliverables

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Proven experience with AI Code Generators, AWS Sagemaker, Spring AI, Harness, Postgres, MongoDB, and GitHub Copilot
    <\/p><\/li>

  • At least 8 to 10 years of solid Java development experience with a portfolio of successful projects
    <\/p><\/li>

  • In\-depth knowledge of Generative AI frameworks and applications
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Skilled in leveraging GitHub Copilot and other AI\-driven development tools to optimize coding
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong command of the Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other Java technologies
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their AI offerings
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Proficient in database design, management, and SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent problem\-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to quality
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Effective communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
