In this role, you will lead the integration and deployment of Generative AI and productivity-enhancing technologies across enterprise systems, helping teams maximize efficiency and collaboration. You will act as a technical advisor, designing and implementing AI solutions within cloud and productivity platforms while collaborating closely with IT and business teams. This role combines hands-on engineering, consulting, and training to enable the organization to leverage AI tools effectively. You will be responsible for developing custom AI agents, extending platform capabilities, and ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows. The position offers a dynamic, hybrid work environment with opportunities to influence AI adoption strategy and provide measurable business impact. Accountabilities:
The Senior IT Engineer will focus on delivering AI-driven productivity solutions across the organization:
· Consult with departments to identify productivity needs and recommend appropriate Generative AI tools.
· Provide expert guidance on M365 Copilot applications, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and M365 Copilot Chat.
· Develop and implement AI solutions using Google Gemini, AWS GENAI toolsets, and Copilot Studio, including extensions and agents for SharePoint sites.
· Act as product owner and service lead for AI productivity services and capabilities.
· Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on effective use of Generative AI tools.
· Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth integration of AI solutions into workflows.
· Track adoption, measure business value, and report insights to leadership using analytics tools.
Requirements
Candidates should have deep expertise in AI-driven productivity and collaboration technologies:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, or a related field.
· Proven experience with M365 Copilot and related applications in enterprise environments.
· Proficiency with Google Gemini, AWS GENAI tools, Copilot Studio, and development of custom AI agents.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
· Knowledge of multi-cloud solutions, agentic AI frameworks, and enterprise AI integration.
· Preferred: advanced degree in AI/NLP/Machine Learning or certifications in Microsoft, Google, or AWS technologies.
