Senior HSE Advisor

Remarkable people, trusted by clients to design and advance the world. Wood is looking for a full time, permanent Senior HSE Advisor to be based at our clients offices in Aberdeen, Scotland. The role is offered on a hybrid basis (3 days Clients office / 2 days WFH). Offshore trips may be required. The Role: Provide day-to-day support for the Clients' HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) operations, ensuring consistent alignment with organisational needs. Lead the development and execution of processes and procedures that advance the Clients' HSSE strategy and business goals. Offer expert advice, direction, and support to management and staff to enable the effective delivery of HSSE standards, strategy, and objectives. Collaborate with business units and functional teams to foster a proactive and positive HSSE culture, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsible for identifying and implementing processes and procedures that deliver the Clients' overall HSSE strategy and business objectives. Providing management and staff with support, expertise, direction and guidance to permit the delivery of HSSE Strategy, Standards and Business objectives. The Operated Assets Service Line is an exciting and expanding area of our business, providing critical operations services to the energy sector – including duty holder, managed service and TAR delivery – for 10 UK customers.
