In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping data-driven growth strategies, transforming complex data into actionable insights that influence decisions across marketing, pricing, demand forecasting, and AI innovation. The Senior Growth Data Scientist will take ownership of high-impact use cases, designing and deploying predictive models and advanced analytics that unlock new opportunities for growth. Working with large, diverse datasets, you’ll uncover patterns and trends that inform strategic choices, while ensuring your recommendations are timely and practical for real-world implementation. Collaboration is key, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams, from Growth and Strategy to Technology, embedding data science solutions into operational systems and driving adoption across the business. You’ll also lead conversations with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear, compelling insights that inspire confidence and action. This is a role for someone who thrives on curiosity and innovation. You’ll stay ahead of the curve in AI and machine learning, bringing fresh ideas and best practices to enhance our capabilities. And as a trusted expert, you’ll champion ethical data use and compliance, ensuring integrity in everything you deliver. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field. Previous experience in a data science or statistical role is essential Expertise in advanced analytics techniques (ML, optimisation, segmentation) Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark SQL, and experience with large datasets and distributed computing tools (Azure Synapse, Snowflake) Familiarity with data transformation tools (Databricks, Azure Data Factory) and ML platforms (Azure ML, TensorFlow) Skilled in data visualisation tools (e.g., PowerBI) Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business needs into scalable models Excellent collaboration and influencing skills Knowledge of governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks Benefits 40% discount off LEGO® sets and products on the online LEGO Store!
