Senior Fund Accounting Manager

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Fund Accounting Manager to join a dynamic, fast-paced team in Port Louis. This is a high-impact role with a focus on client satisfaction, complex investment structures, and top-tier reporting. Think high-end clients, high standards, and a high-performing team. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the charge on high-quality accounting, NAVs, portfolio reporting, and financials for clients. Be the go-to person for anything investment accounting: think real estate, funds, private equity, and more. Make sure everything ticks — from IFRS compliance to VAT returns, tax filings, and accurate reporting. Keep things smooth with auditors, fund admins, and clients across the board. Innovate – streamline systems, implement tools, and push for automation. Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver their best work every day. Own client relationships – be proactive, solve problems, and build trust. Requirements A qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA – you get the drift). 7-10 years of experience in fund/client accounting or financial reporting. Confidence working with complex portfolios and alternative assets. A true people-person – strong communicator and great with clients. Understand IFRS as well Understand Open and Close end funds Solid leadership and mentoring skills. Tech-savvy – great with Excel, ERP systems, and investment data.
