MISSIONS As a a Lead/Senior Front-End Engineer to own and drive the frontend of the Product's platform. You embody a foundational hire and will shape the company's product user experience, architecture, and frontend culture. As the go-to person for all things frontend, you'll: - Lead FE development across the App portfolio, including margin dashboards, Recipes, restaking flows, and advanced DeFi integrations. - Design, implement, and maintain a scalable frontend architecture (React/TypeScript). - Own Solana integrations: from transaction flows to real-time on-chain data visualization. - Collaborate closely with design, backend, and product to define and deliver features. - Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment. - Help build and mentor the frontend team as the App grows. Responsibilities: - Lead FE vision: Define architecture, frameworks, and coding standards. - Build & ship: Develop core UI/UX features with React, TypeScript, and Solana web3 libraries. - Integrate deeply with Solana: Wallet adapters, transaction flows, margin accounts, adapters (e.g., Jupiter), and restaking systems. - Optimize UX: Create responsive, real-time, high-performance interfaces. - Collaborate: Partner with backend and product teams to deliver roadmap milestones. - Mentor & scale: Guide future FE hires, review code, and foster engineering excellence. Profil Must have: - Strong experience building and shipping production frontends (React + TypeScript). - Proven Solana expertise: wallets, web3 libraries, transaction flows, and on-chain integrations. - Experience with real-time data, state management, and error handling in blockchain UIs. - Track record of leading projects or teams — ownership of architecture and delivery. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills in startup environments. Nice to have: - Experience with DeFi protocols, margin trading, or restaking mechanics. - Prior startup or founding engineer experience. - Contributions to open-source Solana or DeFi projects. Informations contractuelles Contract : Permanent role (Hybrid remote) in Paris (France) or other EU countries or US (EST times) Remote first company : flexibility to work fully remotely or at an office location of your preference within the European Union. Salary: to 220k USD (or 190 K€) per year on a full-time permanent work contract. Equity: 100-200 stock options vested over 4 years with a one-year cliff.
