We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to lead the development of high-performance, real-time web applications. This role focuses on building smooth, interactive user interfaces that handle graphics-intensive operations with Canvas and WebGL, delivering a seamless experience for users worldwide. You will work closely with design, backend, and QA teams to implement and scale frontend architecture while optimizing performance across devices and browsers. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in modern JavaScript frameworks, capable of shipping end-to-end features, and excited to mentor team members. Accountabilities:

·         Design and develop real-time whiteboard and collaboration features using React or Vue.

·         Optimize Canvas and WebGL rendering for smooth, low-latency interactions.

·         Profile and improve frontend performance and memory usage across browsers and devices.

·         Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver polished, accessible experiences.

·         Evolve frontend architecture, tooling, and development practices for scalability and reliability.

·         Implement analytics and experimentation to guide product decisions and enhance quality.

·         Conduct code reviews and mentor teammates to elevate technical standards.

Requirements

·         4+ years of professional frontend development experience.

·         Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript with modern frameworks (React or Vue).

·         Experience optimizing graphics-heavy UIs using Canvas or WebGL.

·         Skilled in shipping end-to-end features for real-time or collaborative web applications.

·         Ability to collaborate effectively with design, backend, and QA teams.

·         Strong communication skills, including clear code documentation and code review feedback.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
