Senior Employee Benefits & Solutions Analyst

UL Solutions is looking for a Senior Employee Benefits and Solutions Analyst to join our team our regional Total Rewards team. You will be responsible for delivering employee benefits cross-border solutions, supporting the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on efficiency and sustained effectiveness. You will oversee external provider management reporting requirements to support appropriate trend analysis and ensure accuracy of employee records management. This role reports to our Regional Employee Benefits and Solutions Manager.
