Team : You will be part of one of Voodoo’s puzzle-focused studios, working on a new title that has already shown strong early traction and clear potential for growth. The project is currently in development with a prototype already tested, strong daily activity, and a soft launch planned for the coming months. The team’s next priority is to turn promising early metrics into long-term retention and sustainable monetization, with the economy design playing a central role in this strategic shift. Role : Own the in-game economy across progression, currencies, reward systems, and monetization loops. Analyze live data and design A/B tests to validate hypotheses, optimize economy systems, and maximize monetization. Collaborate with game design, product, and analytics to align economy decisions with gameplay goals and business KPIs. Proactively identify opportunities for growth and present clear recommendations to leadership. Bring strong industry knowledge from puzzle, casual, midcore, or casino games to help elevate economy design practices. Profile : 3+ years of experience in game economy design or monetization, preferably in mobile free-to-play. Proven track record in balancing live game economies and driving revenue growth. Strong data/analytics background; fluent in economic modelling and relevant toolsets. Excellent communication in English (written and spoken).
