We are seeking a commercial and high calibre professional to join our Global Private Bank Sales Effectiveness team as senior product owner for our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, Microsoft Dynamics. This is a visible and critical role supporting the value stream as a key enabler for the Private Banking business. In this role you will: Drive the feature development and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the UK and Western Private Banking markets, leading training, product development (including user feedback iterations) and materialization of the business outcomes defined in the QBRs Deliver a prioritised backlog; delivering the best outcomes for customers and colleagues. Turns product strategy into action and is accountable for ensuring that products are built to the ‘customers’ specifications and are commercially viable Act as the single point of accountability for the delivery outcomes of the projects so will have a good understanding across, technology, agile, design and business Design and implement process to track increased productivity and revenue performance post implementation to ensure business case outcomes achieved Implement governance to ensure robust tracking in place to manage actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations Provide regular reports and responses to business management requests, tracking all internal related initiatives OKRs and milestones Support the Global Head of CRM in the running of the Sales and Business Development value stream To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Proven track record in Product Ownership and business delivery - essential Demonstrable expertise of CRM principles and Sales, Prospect and Leads management processes and solutions - essential Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics as a CRM is desirable, the ability to configure the application is essential A background within Private Banking or Wealth Management - desirable An ability to think strategically, design, and implement frameworks – essential Well-developed project management skills, and an ability to work closely and collaboratively with development and technical delivery teams - essential Excellent skills in influencing and communicating with senior global stakeholders This role is based in London.
