DESCRIPTION: Senior DevOps/Platform Expert responsible for supporting and enhancing cloud-native operations within a multi-team environment. The role focuses on promoting DevOps principles, ensuring secure and reliable deployment pipelines, and fostering collaboration through documentation and best practices. Key tasks include managing GitOps workflows, Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments, automation with Ansible, and integration of Kafka clusters. The position requires on-site presence in Strasbourg and close coordination with IBM and contractor teams. Competencies: Ability to promote DevOps culture and best practices. Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining operational stability. Experience in reviewing and correcting technical configurations. Capacity to work in cross-functional teams and manage complex deployments. Problem-solving mindset with attention to security and reliability. Strong communication and collaboration skills. IT skills: GitHub, GitOps workflows, Helm charts, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, OpenShift. Ansible Automation Platform (Tower), Jenkins. Kafka cluster integration and maintenance. Artifactory.
