In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, building, and maintaining resilient, automated infrastructure for complex, high-impact financial technology platforms. You will work closely with development teams to ensure production readiness, reliability, and scalability across multiple environments. The role involves leading cloud migration initiatives, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and implementing infrastructure-as-code practices. You will have the opportunity to influence system architecture decisions while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. Accountabilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain automated infrastructure and deployment pipelines across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to ensure production readiness, resilience, and scalability of systems.
- Manage cloud resources using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
- Configure and optimize container orchestration environments, including Docker and ECS.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment, service configuration, and operations using Python or Bash.
- Support cloud security configurations, including Security Groups, IAM policies, and multi-account strategies.
- Participate in migration planning and execution, including runbooks, validation, and sequencing of workloads.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze system performance, and implement operational improvements.
Requirements
- equivalent experience with progressive responsibility in DevOps and cloud environments.
- 5+ years of experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and production-ready operations.
- Proven ability to design resilient, highly available systems.
- Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Experience with container orchestration and deployment automation.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and service configuration expertise.
- Knowledge of cloud security, IAM roles, policies, and networking across accounts.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

- Experience with migration strategy, validation, and sequencing.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services and inter-account networking.
- Multi-account strategies and AWS Organizations.
- Application architecture assessment and dependency mapping.
