  • Design and manage cloud-based data platforms, including Snowflake, Redshift, Athena, BigQuery, and other solutions.
  • Collaborate with analysts, strategists, and business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers, promote code quality, documentation, and data engineering best practices.
  • Lead vendor and partner integrations to ensure seamless data delivery and alignment with internal standards.
  • Communicate technical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in data engineering, with a proven record of building and scaling data systems.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python, including libraries such as Pandas for data manipulation.
  • Strong experience with AWS data products (S3, Redshift, Athena, Lambda) and familiarity with multi-cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, schema design, and best practices for large-scale data pipelines.
  • Experience designing secure, reliable pipelines and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Proven leadership in projects and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with dbt, Snowflake Notebooks, Looker Studio, or digital marketing analytics frameworks.

Benefits

  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility to balance personal and professional priorities.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents.
  • Disability insurance plan.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Additional health and wellness perks.
  • Opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-growth, and woman-owned organization.
