We are seeking a Senior Data Architect to design and lead enterprise-wide data strategy while driving hands-on implementation of scalable, high-quality data pipelines and models. This role combines technical leadership with practical execution, influencing data generation workflows and ensuring integrity, usability, and compliance across the organization. The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to optimize data systems, enforce governance policies, and enable actionable insights for decision-making. You will champion best practices in data modeling, privacy, and analytical frameworks, while continuously adapting to emerging technologies and methodologies. This position offers a dynamic, collaborative environment where innovation and data-driven problem solving are central to success.
· Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reusable, and discoverable data pipelines and integrations across multiple systems.
· Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy policies, and quality standards while promoting ethical data handling.
· Resolve data integrity issues and collaborate with upstream teams to enhance data generation and completeness.
· Develop analytical frameworks, prototypes, and tools to support business decision-making and predictive insights.
· Stay abreast of advances in data engineering, architecture, and analytics to improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
· Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements, interpret results, and deliver actionable insights aligned with business objectives.
· Mentor and guide teams on data best practices, governance, and technical approaches.
Requirements
· 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data science, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
· Proficiency with SQL, Python, PowerBI, and/or other modern data analytics tools.
· Strong background in building and optimizing scalable data pipelines and data models.
· Experience in data governance, privacy, and ethical data handling practices.
· Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and improve upstream data workflows.
· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills, including managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
· Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
