Senior Cloud Solution Architect for Sovereign Cloud - Europe North

Drive the Sovereign Cloud Engagements program across multiple subregions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and local regulatory requirements. Define and track KPIs for adoption, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Establish governance frameworks for architecture reviews, risk assessments, and escalation management. Work directly with top customers in Europe North and act as a trusted advisor on Sovereign Cloud architecture, security, and compliance. Proven experience as a Cloud Solution Architect or equivalent technical leadership role. Deep understanding of cloud architecture, compliance frameworks, and data sovereignty regulations in Europe. Strong stakeholder management and program execution skills across multiple geographies. Excellent communication and executive presence. Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus. Proven experience in Azure Sovereign Cloud projects and deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, EU Data Boundary). Experience in public sector or regulated industries. Ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional collaboration. Coordinate with CSU leadership and subregional teams to ensure consistent delivery of Sovereign Cloud engagements. Enable partners to build and deliver Sovereign Cloud solutions at scale. Deliver measurable progress on Sovereign Cloud adoption across all 7 subregions. Establish a governance model and reporting cadence for program execution. Build a strong network of technical influencers and champions within the region.
