Senior Change and Delivery Officer Waverley Court Salary: £46,023 - £54,476 Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks We have an exciting opportunity to join our Strategic Change and Delivery team, working to deliver high priority programmes that support the implementation of the Council’s Business Plan and digital first ambitions. We are looking for people who have a passion for change, who enjoy a fast-paced project management environment and wants to be part of change and transformation in the public sector, improving services for the people of Edinburgh. An experienced project and / or change manager, you will work as part of a team to develop, manage and implement high profile projects. You will be responsible for all aspects of project management, will be outcome focused and will maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders. We are looking for candidates with: Demonstrable knowledge, experience and understanding of setting up/managing the systems, platforms and processes of required to deliver a transformation programme around customer facing transactions within a local authority. Experience managing and embedding business change activities around multi/omni channel programmes of work and project deliverables Experience managing and maintaining a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) platform Knowledge of a variety of transformation platforms, including automation and artificial intelligence Knowledge and application of Project Portfolio Management approaches, processes and methodologies A working knowledge of challenges within the public sector.
