The successful candidate will work with the Safeguarding Business Support Team and will be responsible for ensuring timeliness and efficiency within the team. The successful candidate will provide management oversight aligned with service goals and statutory requirements, including liaising confidently with internal and external partners to ensure excellent service delivery. The Safeguarding team has experienced significant recent changes, and the successful candidate will be able to support the team effectively during change and will be able to drive further changes where required. About You To apply for this post, you must respond to and evidence the following 7 essential criteria within your personal statement Have an NVQ 4 or equivalent experience in business administration. A Level in English Language or equivalent standard of written & spoken English. Have extensive administrative experience in a public or commercial setting. Have recent experience of supervising staff. Experience in workload management and work allocation with the confidence to run a large diverse team to cover for absence of Senior colleagues. Be able to work on your own initiative, flexibly, without direct supervision. Have experience in working under pressure to meet deadlines. Have experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive information. Have experience in using computerised databases and working with KPIs and data. You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.
