DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic IT system. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, modeling business processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT solutions. The candidate will work on-site in Warsaw. Competencies: Proven experience across the full software solution lifecycle. Strong analytical skills and ability to elicit and document requirements and user stories. Expertise in business process modeling using BPMN. Solid understanding of UML modeling (use case, activity, state diagrams, logical data models). Excellent documentation skills for specifications, diagrams, and process flows. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage and maintain project and analytical documentation effectively. Experience in projects related to identity document validation or travel documents. Knowledge of systems processing large volumes of images (biometrics, document checks). IT skills: Modeling Tools: Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS, or equivalent. Modeling Standards: BPMN and UML. Documentation Tools: Proficiency in creating structured requirements and process documentation. Domain Knowledge: Identity document verification, image-processing systems. Additional Skills: Familiarity with large-scale IT systems and data flows. PM² Certification. Language: English (C1). Location: Warsaw (On Site). Rate: 305-325€/day.
