We're supporting a London Market specialist insurance client in identifying a reliable, detail-focused operations professional to take ownership of complex bordereaux reporting tasks. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for incoming contracts and related premium data, ensuring accuracy, compliance and alignment across internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Receiving and reviewing incoming contracts and supporting documentation, ensuring all details are accurately captured and processed. Working closely with Compliance to review contract terms and documentation, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Managing and resolving queries or issues raised by underwriters and brokers, maintaining strong communication and professional relationships. Tracking the status of complex bordereaux submissions, ensuring timely receipt and processing. Performing reconciliations between written risks and cash premiums, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. Supporting internal reporting and data validation processes to ensure completeness and accuracy across all records. Proven experience working with bordereaux reporting in an insurance or MGA environment Previous experience using VIPR Intrali in a working capacity Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, reconciliation logic) Confidence working with policy admin systems Methodical, detail-oriented and highly self-sufficient Able to deliver accurate work to fixed quarterly deadlines Salary to be discussed.
