This particular role is to support pupils with high levels of SEND across the school. This candidate will need to be flexible and work with a range of children supporting them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally both in class and in our alternative learning spaces. We are looking for an individual who has excellent skills and knowledge in this area and is able to evidence previous experience of working with SEN children in a primary school to ensure the statutory needs can be met for these pupils. CPD will be provided along with support from outside agencies. We are looking for someone with a strong, sensitive and relational approach to children’s needs, who is able to be an effective communicator.
