Scrum Master – Microsoft Dynamics with Azure DevOps

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics projects and hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO). The role involves leading Agile delivery, coaching cross-functional teams, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful enterprise application outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Act as a servant leader, embedding Agile and Scrum best practices across Microsoft Dynamics delivery teams. * Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and demos. * Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to refine requirements and convert them into well-defined user stories in ADO. * Manage and maintain backlogs, sprint boards, and delivery metrics using Azure DevOps. * Coach teams on Agile maturity, self-organisation, and continuous improvement. * Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and predictable delivery. * Monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies where required. * Collaborate with vendors, technical leads, and global teams to ensure high-quality Microsoft Dynamics implementations. * Promote a Lean-Agile mindset and drive continuous process and delivery improvements. Required Skills & Experience * 8–12 years of overall experience, with significant experience as a Scrum Master on Microsoft Dynamics projects. * Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog, sprint, and delivery management. * Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and the software development lifecycle. * Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams. * Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills. * Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
