What we intend to do together
  • Team Enablement: Initiate team changes and guide process improvements using your experience and understanding of team dynamics.
  • Agile Coaching: Support teams in adopting and evolving agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • Facilitation: Design and facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
  • Value Stream Collaboration: Contribute to one or more of our development teams and value streams with a focus on continuous delivery and improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate both internally and externally, and collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders and customers.
What you convince with
  • You hold at least a Bachelor's degree, ideally complemented by Agile Coaching and/or Scrum certifications (e.g., PSM, SAFe, ICP-ACC).
  • You have 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in agile environments.
  • You are a strong team player with a creative, open, and flexible mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for agile principles
  • You enjoy working in a team and see mutual support and collaboration as a given.
  • You take a proactive approach, driving ideas and solutions forward independently.
  • You work autonomously and are confident in taking ownership of your tasks and results.
  • You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ideally, you also have knowledge of German.
