Scrum Master – CMS & Azure DevOps

Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master with experience delivering CMS-driven digital platforms such as Optimizely CMS (or similar CMS solutions). The role requires strong Agile leadership, hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), and the ability to guide teams delivering content, marketing, and digital experience platforms. Key Responsibilities * Lead Agile delivery for CMS-based projects, acting as a servant leader and Agile coach. * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demos. * Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and digital teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories. * Manage and maintain product backlogs, sprint plans, and delivery tracking using Azure DevOps. * Coach teams on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence. * Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments, ensuring timely resolution. * Work closely with UX, content, development, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth CMS releases. * Support roadmap planning and incremental delivery of CMS enhancements and features. * Drive a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience * 8–12 years of overall experience, with strong Scrum Master experience on CMS platforms such as Optimizely CMS or similar. * Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile delivery and reporting. * Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and digital application delivery lifecycles. * Experience working with distributed teams and multiple stakeholders. * Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. * Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
