What You’ll Do:
Perform routine testing of analytical samples (impurity and potency assays) to support process development
Participate in Assay Method development & Method qualification for monoclonal antibody
Participate in characterization of early and late stage biotherapeutics (mAbs) using diverse biological assay formats
Data analysis and presentation
Support technology transfer to Quality Control Laboratory
Writing protocols, SOPs, reports & Technical documents
Working in aseptic environment
Who you Are:
MS (or equivalent) with 0-3+ years’ industry experience, or BS with at least 5 years’ relevant industry experience, with degrees in Biochemistry, Molecular and Cellular Biology, Bioengineering, Biotechnology or Life Sciences related field
Experience developing and applying biological characterization methods – Impurity & potency methods (cell-based assays, ELISA, DNA manipulation & qPCR)
Experience in SPR & other protein binding kinetic assays i.e BLI will be a plus
Hands on experience with plate-based assays and serial dilutions
Aseptic technique and eukaryotic tissue culture experience
Use of liquid-handling automation applications
Oral and written French & English communication skills
Desire to work in a fast, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
