Currently, we are looking for a SAP S4/HANA Solution Architect at a Senior Manager Level to join the team. Key Responsibilities Design of SAP solutions for UK Utility clients and lead complex S/4HANA programmes, using your UK Utilities business and solution architecture expertise to drive business transformation. Leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of cross-functional processes and solutions, as well as how SAP and non-SAP systems work together, to advise clients effectively. Providing clients with guidance on optimising their end-to-end processes, business and solution architecture by designing comprehensive transformation programmes and developing detailed roadmaps across processes, data, and systems. Overseeing end-to-end SAP/ERP transformation initiatives as the Solution Architect, guiding projects from initial concept through successful delivery for clients. Lead solution architecture assessments with key client stakeholders Resolve key design decisions focusing on best practice, ‘adopt not adapt’ solutions Help to mobilise the team and set-up the right delivery and architectural artifacts for delivery team to succeed Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients Train, coach, and supervise team members Skills and experience we are looking for: Deep business knowledge & technical expertise in Acquire to Retire or Design to Operate processes in Utilities or asset intensive industries utilising SAP Asset Management, Logistics, Project systems, Finance & Controlling modules. Knowledge of SAP IS-U & SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) solutions is a bonus. Has led the solution strategy and design for multiple end to end S/4 HANA implementations Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-moving SAP technology landscape Passionate about understanding client’s strategy and requirements, takes pride in building complex, scalable and robust solutions, can explain this in simple language to a senior client stakeholder and willing to constantly push the boundaries of what’s possible Knowledge of best practice design and architecture principles with an advisory focus Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building both internally and with the client Pre-sales experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs. Mandatory Industry Experience Minimum of 10 years experience of implementing SAP in the Utilities sector working in one or several of the following sectors Water Utilities,, Electricity Transmission, Electricity Distribution, Nuclear Energy and Renewable Energy Minimum of 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA programmes in the Utilities sector What you’ll receive from us: No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
