Job Description

We are seeking an experienced (minimum 5 years) and proactive SAP S/4HANA FI Functional Consultant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must be able to analyse, design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Finance - FI/CO solutions, ensuring that business processes align with system capabilities and best practices.

Main Responsibilities

Analysis and Design:

• Detailed analysis of business requirements, identifying gaps between current processes and standard SAP S/4HANA functionality.
• Design and propose efficient and scalable functional solutions based on industry best practices and S/4HANA functionality.

Configuration and Parameterization:

• Perform configuration (customizing) and parameterization of one or several SAP S/4HANA functional modules (FI, CO, TR) to adapt them to defined requirements.
• Create necessary functional documentation (Blueprint, Functional Specifications for ABAP/Fiori developments).

Implementation and Testing:

• Actively participate in all phases of SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration (brownfield or greenfield), and roll-out projects.
• Execute and coordinate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring proper functionality and integration with other modules and systems.

Support and Training:

• Provide training and coaching to key users and end users.
• Offer post-implementation support and advanced-level incident resolution, seeking continuous process optimization.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with external and internal technical consultants (ABAP, Basis, Fiori) for the development of custom requirements, interfaces, and integrations.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration
• Training in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting (valued)
• Continuous training in new SAP versions (S/4HANA, SAP Cloud.

Profile:

• Mastery of implementation methodology (preferably SAP Activate).
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Languages:

• Advanced English is required.
• Any level of German will be valued.

Additional Information

Desirable requirements:

• Official SAP S/4HANA certification in SAP FI
• Experience in BI solutions: AFO, SAP Analytics Cloud & SAC Planning
