Sales Support – Specialist Lending Location: Cheshire - Fully Office based Salary: £30,000 | Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Sales Support professional to join a specialist lending team in Cheshire. You will support the sales team (BDMs) and clients to ensure enquiries and terms are handled efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Support BDMs with incoming enquiries and deal progression Ensure documentation and terms are accurate and issued on time Manage expectations with clients and internal teams professionally Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks Requirements: Exceptional organisational skills Strong communication skills, both internal and external Reliable, trustworthy, and able to deliver on commitments Awareness of bridging finance is preferred, but experience in mortgages or secured lending is also suitable What’s on Offer: £30,000 per year Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm Work within a supportive and established team If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy supporting a sales team, and have an eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.
