What will your functions be?

Tu misión como Sales Support Specialist será impulsar el motor comercial interno, en coordinación con otros departamentos, para garantizar un servicio ágil, eficiente y orientado al cliente.

Tus funciones principales serán:

• Realizar las cotizaciones a clientes con las instrucciones e indicaciones del/la Responsable Comercial o el equipo comercial a través de nuestro ERP interno.
• Realizar el mantenimiento de las ofertas del equipo comercial y colaborar en la solución de incidencias de las ofertas realizadas a clientes.
• Sugerir mejoras al departamento informático, para la optimización de la herramienta de cotizaciones.
• Cumplir con las políticas de venta marcadas por el equipo comercial.

What are we looking for?

• Formación específica en Comercio Internacional, Transporte o Logística.
• Tener al menos 1 año de experiencia en las funciones descritas o en operaciones de tráfico marítimo (en Forwarding/Transitaria).
• Nivel intermedio/avanzado de inglés.
• Buenas habilidades ofimáticas (paquete office y entorno Windows, mail, etc.)
• Alta capacidad de adaptación, predisposición al aprendizaje y buena orientación al cliente (interno/externo).
• Buenas habilidades comunicativas y para la negociación.
• Orientación a objetivos.
