Sales and Marketing Co-Ordinator Location: Our offices are in Central London. You need to be able to travel onsite to London up to 3 days per week, although onsite requirements will vary from week-to-week from 0 to 3 days. Salary: Up to £35,000 SC Clearance Requirements: Due to working with a number of government bodies, SC clearance is required for this position. You do not need active SC clearance as we will undertake checks upon you joining, but you must be eligible to pass SC clearance. If you're proactive, organised, and excited to learn, this is a great place to build your career. What you’ll do: Assist with sales research, opportunity tracking, pricing and proposals. Assist with pricing opportunities and preparing commercial documentation Help create and update client-facing materials (e.g. case studies, presentations). Improve use of our CRM (HubSpot) to support growth and relationship tracking. Coordinate social media posts, website updates, and campaign scheduling. Monitor engagement and suggest ways to grow audience reach and brand visibility. Help define and advertise services on AWS Marketplace and other platforms. Support the creation of service offering content working with our delivery team and thought leadership materials. Help track alliance activity and outcomes e.g. ROI from joint events, marketing funding, and assist with applying for and securing AWS funding. Provide administrative support across the commercial team (scheduling, reporting, documentation). Proactively identify opportunities to improve team processes, including how we better adopt AI to drive efficiencies and sales and marketing innovation.
