This role is pivotal in driving the expansion of our partner in North America, specifically Canada, by executing the full-cycle sales process for B2B cross-border payment solutions. The Sales Manager will focus on high-velocity growth through proactive prospecting to establish a robust pipeline. Key responsibilities include navigating complex decision-making structures, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and consistently exceeding sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Accountabilities
Determine client needs and gain acceptance of the company's solutions.Prospect and generate new opportunities via various channels such as cold calling and LinkedIn.Manage the sales pipeline throughout all stages: outreach, demos, negotiation, and closing.Adopt a consultative approach with stakeholders while dealing with multiple decision-makers.Consistently exceed monthly sales quotas.Collaborate with the Account Management team for upselling and cross-selling.
