Operate in a player-coach role, splitting time equally between leading and managing the sales team and actively driving and closing new business. Responsible for coaching team members, supporting overall performance, and achieving personal sales targets, while reporting directly to the Head of Sales DACH.
Drive new business development and oversee the team's collective sales targets, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding partnerships.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to introduce and sell an expanding range of products and premium services, including consulting offerings that can significantly increase revenue per client.
Monitor and adjust sales forecasts and targets, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and adapting to market dynamics, while mentoring team members to improve productivity and sales cycle management.
Proven experience in managing sales teams within B2B SaaS or related startup environments in the DACH market, demonstrating strong leadership and team development skills.
Deep understanding of the sales cycle, particularly in high-volume, transactional sales rather than complex enterprise deals.
Ability to balance direct sales responsibilities with effective team management, including recruitment, coaching, and performance monitoring.
