We’re looking for a Sales Director to own and grow our presence in the Benelux region, focusing on mid-market and enterprise hospitality groups.

As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to use your skills, while also contributing beyond your own role creating opportunities for your own professional growth.
- Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, pitch, and close deals across the BeNeLux region.
- Strategic Selling: Shape and execute sales strategies that hit and exceed targets.
- Tailored Proposals: Build solutions that align Bookboost’s capabilities with each hotel’s goals.
- Pipeline Discipline: Own your forecast, CRM hygiene, and reporting with precision.
- Enterprise Relationships: Connect with senior stakeholders, navigate buying committees, and win trust.
Your profile
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS: Ideally in CRM, PMS, POS, ERP, or similar platforms.
- Hospitality experience: You understand hotel operations, challenges, and decision-making structures.
- Fluent in Dutch and English: Native-level communication in both is a must.
- CRM & sales tech fluency: You know your way around modern sales stacks.
- Methodology-driven: Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Relentless drive: You’re a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, clarity, and impact.
