About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving our company’s growth by generating, qualifying and closing new business opportunities. What You’ll Do Identify, research, and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting. Manage and maintain an organised pipeline of prospects in the CRM. Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and opportunities generated. Must have Experience in sales, business development, or a related role (preferably in tech). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with CRM tools. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
