This role offers a balanced mix of qualified inbound leads and proactive business development, allowing you to build a strong pipeline while maximizing close rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with residential and commercial clients
• Prepare accurate estimates and present tailored solutions
• Convert qualified leads into booked projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, real estate professionals, and local businesses
• Represent the brand with professionalism and a customer-focused approach

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (home services, construction, or related industries considered an asset)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage both inbound opportunities and self-generated leads
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
