As a Fullstack BDR/SDR, youβll be the engine of our commercial growth. Your playground: identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified prospects. Youβll act as a real Prospect Hunter β from first touch to handing off to Sales.
π§ Prospecting Strategy β Identify and qualify top leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, events, and more
π First Contact & Pitching β Reach out to prospects, understand their needs, and spark their interest
π― Collaboration with AEs β Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to convert leads into clients
π Event Presence β Represent Ezus at trade shows, webinars, or networking meetups (1β2 per quarter)
π Process Optimization β Test, analyze, and improve our prospecting tools and techniques
