About the role As a Sales and Service Coordinator in the Reconomy Trade team, you’ll be a key point of contact for our small-to-medium enterprise trade customers, delivering quick, friendly and efficient service every day. Your responsibilities will include: Handling 35–40 inbound calls per day. Managing quick, high‑volume queries. Processing multiple orders accurately. Handling email enquiries and responding promptly. Chasing up ETAs and keeping customers updated. Resolving on-site service issues, such as access problems. Working collaboratively with your team of 18, asking questions and learning as you go. Developing your understanding of the waste industry and company systems. You’ll have consistent support from your team, so you’ll never feel stuck or unsure. What we need from you Enjoy speaking with customers. Feel confident on the phone and can build rapport quickly. Work well in a fast-paced environment. Are organised and able to juggle multiple tasks. Stay calm and positive under pressure. Are eager to learn new systems and processes. Bring energy, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
