We’re looking for a motivated young professional to join our Paris team as a: Sales & Business Development Coordinator (Paris-based) At The Energy Year, we work in more than 30+ countries, connecting with CEOs, industry leaders, government officials and innovators across the global energy sector. Tasks What you’ll be doing: Meet and engage with executives from France’s top energy and industrial companies Take part in high-level meetings with CEOs, senior decision-makers and industry influencers Build strong client relationships and manage your own sales pipeline Lead sales and communication projects from concept to close Negotiate partnerships and advertising deals Contribute to major business and energy discussions right from the heart of Paris Requirements We’re looking for someone who is: Early in their career (1–3 years experience or a strong recent graduate) Confident, communicative and eager to learn Interested in business, sales, global markets or the energy sector Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English and French Benefits What you’ll get from us: A competitive base salary + commissions Ongoing mentorship and hands-on training Exposure to global markets and senior executives from day one Growth opportunities within our international network A chance to build a career—not just take a job If you're ambitious, curious, and looking to build a meaningful career in business development, reach out to us.
