Overview We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Client Adivsor to join our store located in Bicester Village. As part of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional shopping experience, building lasting relationships with clients, and representing our brands values through impeccable service. Responsibilities Main Activities and Responsabilites: Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers' needs Advise customers on the entire luxury Dolce&Gabbana collection Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge Qualifications Key Requirements and Competencies: Fluency in English. Other languages are considered a plus Relevant experience in luxury retail or similar industry Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communicational skills Strong team player
