In this position you report to the Senior Manager Controlling.

Your tasks in this exciting role are

• Participation in budget planning and regular forecasts and analyses
• Preparation of Business Cases for Transformation Program:
  Make- or buy analysis, full cost price analysis, executive management support and advice
• Further development and harmonisation of various processes, the reporting system and the system landscape incl. corresponding documentation
• Coordination and responsibility in the monthly closing according to SWISS GAP FER for the following processes: Controlling of current production orders incl. reconciliation, aggregation and processing of risk provisions, analysis of price deviations, preparation of productivity evaluations as well as their analysis and commentary
• Management of investment controlling and cooperation in liquidation controlling
• Carrying out product calculations and support in the preparation of quotations
• Business management support and advice for the production areas and manufacturing engineering
• Continuous development of reporting and controlling instruments
   

Your profile

• Further education in business administration
• Several years of professional experience in an international manufacturing company in a comparable area of responsibility
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel incl. Pivot, Powerpoint) and SAP
• Excellent numerical understanding and strong analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Hands-on mentality and assertiveness
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• High level of commitment, sense of responsibility, reliability and ability to work in a team
